What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Can guests move around the resort without stepping outside?
Yes, all the buildings are interconnected via corridors on the second floor.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed on the property. An additional fee of 90 PLN per night applies. Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive with pets.
Is parking available on site?
The resort offers parking spaces both in the garage and in the multi-storey car park. Parking is subject to an additional fee. A deposit of 100 PLN or 25 EUR (cash or pre-authorization on a credit card) is required for the garage remote control. Upon arrival, please park your car in one of the three designated spots marked in yellow at the entrance to Aqua Resort. If these spaces are full, you may use the nearby municipal parking lot – please purchase a ticket there.
How far is from the resort to the beach?
The resort is located 450 m from the beach
Are bathrobes included in the room?
No, bathrobes are not included but can be rented at reception. We offer adult sizes only. A cash deposit is required for renting bathrobes.
Is it possible to leave luggage at reception?
Yes, this service is provided free of charge.
What facilities are available for children?
- Our apartments come equipped with a cordless kettle and coffee/tea making facilities,
- upon request and free of charge, we offer a high chair, toilet seat adapter, bathtub,
- and baby cot with bedding (according to the price list).
- Babysitting services are also available for an additional fee – please inquire at the reception for details.
