AQUA RESORT Regulations

Dear Sir or Madam, the Aqua Resort Management highly appreciates your cooperation in adhering to these regulations. They intend to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our guests. This page contains the regulations applicable to service contracts concluded by Aqua Resort with the client, who, upon conclusion of the contract, becomes a guest of the resort. A service contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment. Before concluding a service contract, please read these regulations carefully. The services provided by Aqua Resort include: accommodation, catering, entertainment, internet, recreation and relaxation, and tourism.

§1

1. Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje is a year-round resort and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Rooms are rented on a per-night basis.

3. The overnight stay begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day.

4. Guests must specify the length of their stay and settle the balance on the day of arrival. Payment in arrears is possible after pre-authorization of the credit card on the day of arrival.

5. If the guest did not specify the duration of their stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.

6. Hotel guests are required to register with an ID card or passport.

§2

1. Guests should notify the Reception Desk if they wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 7:00 PM on the day before their stay expires.

2. The property will accommodate requests to extend your stay subject to room availability.

3. Extending your overnight stay will incur a charge of half the standard nightly rate per additional night. Extending the hotel night beyond 8 hours will be considered as renting the room for an additional night, charged at the current room rate, unless the Property and the Guest agree on individual terms for the extension.

§3

1. Guests may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which they paid for the stay has not expired.

2. Unregistered Guests may stay in the room from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, guests must register additional guests staying in the room. The Guest who rented the room is responsible for registering the additional guest. Registering an additional guest will incur the associated costs, in accordance with the applicable price list.

3. The resort may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the regulations, caused damage to the property of the resort or other guests, or caused personal injury to guests, resort employees or other persons staying at the resort, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the rooms at Aqua Resort.

§4

1. The resort provides services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are asked to report any concerns regarding the quality of services to the reception desk as soon as possible, which will allow the property to immediately respond and remedy any deficiencies or errors.

2. The resort is obliged to provide:

a. Suitable conditions for the Guest’s full and unhindered relaxation;

b. Safe stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest, unless authorized law enforcement authorities request the disclosure of data about persons staying at the Resort;

c. Professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Resort;

d. Cleaning the room and carrying out any necessary repairs to the equipment during the Guest’s absence;

e. Technically efficient service; in the event of faults that cannot be repaired, the Property will make every effort to change the room if possible or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

§5

1. At the Guest’s request, the Property provides the following services free of charge:

a. Providing information related to the stay and travel as well as additional attractions of the stay;

b. Luggage storage (The property may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage);

c. Safe storage of valuables at reception.

§6

1. The resort is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in Articles 546 – 852 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise (e.g. through the provisions of these regulations or the parking regulations);


2. The Guest should notify the Reception about any damage immediately after it is discovered;

3. Valuables should be placed in the safe or deposited at the reception desk. The property is not responsible for valuables not left in the safe or deposited at the reception desk.

§7

1. The resort is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest if it is left in a place other than the parking lot.

2. The rules for using the parking lot at Aqua Resort are outlined in the Parking Regulations.

§8

1. Quiet hours are required in the resort from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day;

2. The behaviour of Guests and those using the resort’s services should not disrupt the peaceful stay of other Guests. The resort may not immediately refuse to continue providing services to anyone who violates this rule. Guests who violate this rule shall first be warned of the possible consequences of further behaviour in violation of the regulations.

§9

1. Each time a Guest leaves their room, they should check that the entrance door is securely locked. Apartments are accessed using magnetic cards programmed and issued at the reception desk during check-in. In the event of a lost card, the Guest is asked to immediately report it to the reception desk. The reception desk can issue a duplicate magnetic card and block the lost card.

2. The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the resorts’ equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or the fault of the Guest’s visitors.

3. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the permanent equipment of the Room in hotel rooms.

§10

Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest. Failure to do so will result in the Property storing these items for a period of three months.

§11

The property allows pets to stay in the Guest’s hotel room for an additional fee of PLN 90 gross/overnight stay/ each.

§12

1. Guests are required to use the room’s equipment properly and only for its intended purpose. In case of damage caused by improper use, the Guest is financially responsible for any damaged or destroyed items and must cover the costs of repair or replacement.

2. The costs of damage in the room will be assessed individually by external companies specializing in the specific type of damaged items.

§13

Guests, as well as any persons for whom they are responsible, agree not to smoke in the rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Failure to comply with this ban may result in a penalty of PLN 1,000 per offense.

§14

Children under 13 years of age must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay at Aqua Resort. Their legal guardians are responsible for their behaviour, including any damage or injuries caused.


Parking Regulations

§ 1

1. These regulations define the rules for using the parking area located on the premises of Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje.

2. The parking area includes designated parking spaces located in the garage.

3. For the duration of check-in, the facility provides 3 parking spots exempt from the municipal parking fee, located in front of the main entrance to Aqua Resort – with a parking limit of up to 15 minutes.

4. The parking area is unattended (not guarded).

5. The parking is intended for guests of Aqua Resort who pay the parking fee described in § 6 of these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the User).

6. The parking area is intended solely for passenger vehicles. Vehicles powered by LPG are not permitted.

 

§ 2

1. By entering the parking area, the User enters into a rental agreement for a parking space under the conditions set out in these regulations.

2. The parking space rental agreement is valid for the duration of the apartment (room) rental at Aqua Resort or for a shorter period agreed at the reception.

3. Aqua Resort is not liable for any damage to vehicles parked on the premises, their equipment, or items left inside, including:

1) Damage caused by natural forces, weather conditions, theft, burglary, or robbery;

2) Traffic or parking damages caused by other vehicles or persons using the parking area, including other Users.

 

§ 3

By entering the parking area, the User agrees to these regulations and commits to complying with all provisions.

 

§ 4

1. The User is liable for any damage caused by their vehicle or resulting from the use of the parking space, in particular for contamination of the surface due to fluid leaks (e.g. oil).

2. The User is also responsible for the behaviour and any damages caused by accompanying persons or persons driving the User’s vehicle.

3. Parking is permitted only in the space assigned by an Aqua Resort receptionist or in a space belonging to the apartment owner. Otherwise, the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense.

4. Vehicles transporting flammable, corrosive, explosive, or otherwise hazardous materials or substances are strictly prohibited from entering the parking area.

5. Trading or conducting business from parked vehicles is prohibited.

6. Vehicles must be properly locked, secured, and have the engine turned off when left in the parking area.


 

 

 

 

 

§ 5

The following are prohibited on the parking premises:

1) Use of open flame, including smoking;

2) Consumption of alcohol,

3) Children under 16 without parental supervision;

4) Washing or vacuuming vehicles.

 

§ 6

1. The parking fee is as follows: July – August: 75 PLN online / 80 PLN on-site (per commenced 24-hour period); Other months: 55 PLN online / 60 PLN on-site (per commenced 24-hour period).

The above rates are gross and include 23% VAT.

2. Parking is charged per day, counted from check-in to check-out – beginning at 4:00 PM and ending at 11:00 AM the following day.

 

§ 7

1. Any complaints and inquiries regarding parking use should be addressed to:

2. Aqua Resort declares that in the event of a rejected complaint, it does not intend to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution and refuses to participate in such proceedings (pursuant to the Act of 23 September 2016 on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823).

 

Sauna Area Regulations

The sauna area at Aqua Resort is an integral part of the facility and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific provisions outlined in these Sauna Rules. All guests using the sauna area are required to read and adhere to the following regulations.

I. General Regulations

Purpose and Scope of the Regulations

a. These rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and high hygienic standards for all guests.

b. They apply without exception. Entry into the sauna area constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Purpose of the Sauna Area

a. The sauna area is intended as a space of peace and relaxation – dedicated to rest, rejuvenation, and physical and mental wellbeing.

b. Proper conduct, mutual respect among guests, and the observance of quiet are mandatory throughout the area.

II. Rules for Using the Sauna Area

Conditions of Admission

a. Access is permitted to individuals aged 16 and over.

b. Children and minors under the age of 16 may only enter under the direct supervision of an adult and with prior staff approval.

c. Entry is strictly prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.

Hygiene Rules

a. Prior to entering the sauna area, guests are required to shower thoroughly using soap or shower gel and to dry off completely.

b. To respect the comfort of others, we ask that guests avoid wearing strong fragrances such as perfumes or scented oils.

c. A towel, mat, or other fabric barrier must always be used on benches to avoid direct skin contact with shared surfaces.

Dress Standards and Behaviour

a. Saunas at Aqua Resort operate as a textile-free area.

b. Silence – or very low-volume conversation – is required at all times. Shouting, loud talking, and disruptive noise are not permitted – except during specific sauna rituals.

c. Swimwear is strictly forbidden in dry saunas, Finnish saunas, and steam rooms – guests must use towels for hygiene and comfort.

d. Nudity or partial covering is allowed within the sauna area.

e. In relaxation areas, the pool area, and all connecting corridors, guests are required to wear a bathrobe or appropriately cover themselves with a towel.

Equipment and Electronics

a. The possession and use of mobile phones, cameras, and other devices capable of recording or reproducing sound and images are strictly forbidden.

b. Any recording devices are strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of guests.


III. Health and Safety

Health Recommendations

a. People with health conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, skin issues, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before using the area. Users should monitor their well-being and leave the sauna immediately if they experience any symptoms of discomfort.

c. The sauna should not be used by individuals with the following conditions: heart disease, hypertension, vascular disorders, infectious skin diseases, thyroid problems, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or severe respiratory diseases. Additionally, sauna use is not recommended for women during menstruation or pregnancy, especially during the first trimester.

d. Guests are responsible for assessing their own health before using the sauna. If in doubt, they should consult a doctor beforehand to avoid potential health complications.

Reporting Incidents

a. Any case of malaise, accident, or other concerning incidents should be reported to the staff immediately.

b. In the event of an emergency, please follow the evacuation signs and staff instructions.

Prohibited Items and Actions:

a. It is forbidden to bring sharp objects, glass containers, alcoholic beverages, or any substances that may pose a danger to users.

b. It is forbidden to leave personal items (e.g., towels, bathrobes) near the sauna heater.

c. It is forbidden to bring and consume your own food.

d. It is forbidden to bring or use personal liquids, essences, oils, solutions, infusions, or other substances in the sauna or steam rooms. Only authorized Aqua Resort staff are permitted to operate the sauna facilities.

e. It is forbidden to bring any plastic items into the sauna or steam room. Items such as flip-flops, bottles, glasses, etc., should be left outside before entering.

IV. Rules of Behavior in the Sauna

Recommendations

a. After each sauna session, guests should cool down, hydrate, and rest. b. Guests must enter the steam room naked and wash their seat both before and after using the sauna. Pouring Stones Pouring stones (adding water to the sauna stones) may only be performed by staff or the sauna master.

V. Responsibility

Personal Responsibility

a. Each user of the Aqua Resort sauna area does so at their own risk.

b. The resort assumes no responsibility for injuries or other damages resulting from failure to follow the regulations.

Personal Belongings

a. The resort is not responsible for valuables left in the cloakrooms or within the sauna area.

b. Guests are advised to use lockable lockers for storing personal belongings.

Staff Responsibilities

a. Staff members reserve the right to remove individuals who violate the regulations, behave inappropriately or indecently, or whose conduct may cause discomfort or embarrassment to other guests.

b. Decisions made by staff are final and are intended to ensure the safety and comfort of

all users.

VI. Final Provisions

Sauna Rituals

a. Sauna rituals may be held at Aqua Resort; their content, duration, and theme are determined by staff or the designated sauna master.

b. Sauna sessions may only be conducted by authorized staff members.

c. Sauna rituals may include music and lighting with varying intensity.

d. Sauna rituals require prior ventilation of the sauna. The sauna master may ask guests to leave the sauna 10 – 15 minutes before the ritual begins.

e. Participation in sauna rituals is subject to a limited number of attendees.

Complaints and Comments

a. Any complaints, comments, or suggestions regarding the operation of the sauna area may be submitted to the reception or Aqua Resort staff.

b. Any identified defects must be reported to the staff immediately. Liability for any damage is governed by the general regulations of the Aqua Resort facility. Lack of awareness of these regulations does not exempt the guest from responsibility for any damage caused.

c. All submitted comments will be reviewed as promptly as possible.

d. Individuals who violate public order, accepted standards of behaviour, or social norms – including those who pose a risk to other guests in the Aqua Resort sauna area, fail to follow the provisions of these regulations or other applicable facility rules, or disregard staff instructions – may be removed from the premises without entitlement to a refund of any fees previously paid, and may still be held responsible for any incurred charges.

Changes to the Regulations

a. The resort reserves the right to amend these regulations.

b. Users will be informed of any changes via announcements posted in the sauna area or on the facility’s website.
