AQUA RESORT Terms and Conditions
Ladies and gentlemen, the Aqua Resort Directorate will highly value your cooperation in complying with these regulations. It is intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay of our guests. This website contains the terms and conditions applicable to contracts for the provision of services concluded through Aqua Resort with a customer who, after concluding the contract, becomes a guest of the facility. The conclusion of a service contract is understood as a correctly executed payment by the customer. Before concluding a contract for the provision of services, you should carefully read the contents of these regulations. The services provided by Aqua Resort are: accommodation, catering, entertainment, Internet, recreation-relaxation, tourist services.
§1
1. Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje is a year-round facility and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. The room is rented for so-called hotel days.
3. The hotel day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 the next day.
4. The guest should specify the duration of the stay and pay the payment for the stay on the day of arrival. Payment of the guest's stay in the bottom is possible upon prior credit card pre-authorization on the day of arrival.
5. If the guest has not specified the time of stay by renting the room, it is assumed that the Room has been rented for one day.
6. Hotel guests are subject to registration, on the basis of an identity card or passport.
§2
1. Wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should report to the Reception by 19:00 on the eve of the expiry of the stay.
2. The property will take into account a request to extend the stay if the Rooms are available.
3. Extension of the hotel day the Guest will be obliged to cover half the cost of the standard price for a full hotel night. Extension of the hotel day more than 8 hours is treated as renting a Room for the next day, in accordance with the applicable price list of the Rooms, unless the Property agrees with the Guest individual conditions for the extension of the day.
§3
1. The Guest may not transfer the Room to other persons, even if the period for which he paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.
2. Non-registered persons can stay in the Room from 09:00 to 22:00. After 22:00, there is an obligation to register additional guests staying with guests in the Room. The obligation to report an additional person lies with the Guest who rented the Room. Registering an additional person entails the need to incur the costs associated with this, in accordance with the applicable price list of services.
3. The property may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the Terms and Conditions, causing damage to the property of the Property or other Guests, or damage to the person of Guests, employees of the Facility or other persons staying in the Facility or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of Rooms in Aqua Resort.
§4
1. The facility provides services according to its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception as soon as possible, which will enable the Object to respond promptly and correct any shortcomings or errors.
2. The facility is obliged to provide:
a. Suitable conditions for full and unrestrained rest of the Guest,
b. Safe stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest, unless the authorized law enforcement authorities request the release of data of persons staying in the Facility,
c. Professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the Facility,
d. Cleaning the Room and performing the necessary repair of equipment during the absence of the Guest,
e. Technically efficient service; in the event of faults that cannot be rectified, the Facility will endeavour to replace the Room as far as possible or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
§5
1. At the request of the Guest, the property provides the following services free of charge:
a. Providing information related to stay and travel as well as additional attractions of the stay,
b. Storage of luggage; (The property may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the dates of the guest's stay and items not having personal luggage characteristics),
c. Storage of valuables in the reception deposit.
§6
1. The facility shall be liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services within the scope specified in Articles 546 — 852 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have decided otherwise (e.g. by setting out these regulations or parking regulations),
2. The Guest should notify the Reception of the occurrence of any damage immediately after its finding,
3. Value items should be placed in a safe or be placed for storage in the reception deposit. The property is not responsible for items of value not left in the safe or reception deposit.
§7
1. The property shall not be liable for damage or loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest if left in a location other than the parking lot.
2. The rules of operation of the parking lot at the Aqua Resort are specified in the Parking Terms and Conditions.
§8
1. The property is subject to silence from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day,
2. The behavior of guests and persons using the services of the Facility should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other Guests. The facility cannot immediately refuse further services to a person who violates this rule. A guest who violates this rule must first be warned of the possible consequences of continuing to behave in a manner that is inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions.
§9
1. Each time the Guest leaves the Room should check the exact slamming of the front door. The apartments are opened using magnetic cards programmed and issued at the Reception during the check-in procedure. In case of loss of the card, the Guest is asked to immediately report this fact at the Reception. The reception has the ability to make a duplicate magnetic card and lock the lost card.
2. The Guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and technical equipment of the Facility arising out of his/her fault or the fault of visitors to it.
3. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute permanent equipment of the Room in Hotel Rooms.
§10
Items of personal use left by the departing Guest in the Room will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest. In the absence of such a disposition, the Object will store these items for a period of 3 months.
§11
The property allows pets to stay in the Guest's Hotel Room for an additional fee of PLN 90 gross/hotel night.
§12
1. The Guest is obliged to properly use the equipment of the Room for its intended purpose. In case of damage caused by improper use, the Guest is financially responsible for damaged and damaged items and is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement of damaged/damaged items in the Hotel Room.
2. The costs of damage and damage in the Room will be assessed individually by external companies specializing in a given type of damaged or damaged items.
§13
The Guest and accompanying persons, for whom the Hotel Guest is responsible, undertake not to smoke tobacco in the Rooms. The property is completely non-smoking. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the Guest may be charged a contractual penalty of PLN 1000 for each identified violation of the ban.
§14
During the entire stay at Aqua Resort, children under 13 years old must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. Children's legal guardians are responsible for the conduct of children, including damage or damage caused.
Aqua Resort, the sauna area is an integral part of the Aqua Resort and the provisions of the general regulations apply, subject to the provisions of these regulations. Every person using the Aqua Resort Sauna zone is obliged to read its regulations.
I. General Provisions
Purpose and Scope of the Regulations
a. The Regulations define the rules for using the sauna zone, aimed at ensuring safety, comfort and a high standard of hygiene.
b. The Terms and Conditions apply to all users without exception. Entering the sauna zone implies acceptance of its provisions.
Purpose of the Sauna Zone
a. The sauna zone is a zone of relaxation and tranquility, designed for rest and physical and mental recovery
b. The zone has a personal culture, respect for other users and rules of silence.
II. Rules for Using the Sauna Zone
Conditions of Admission
a. Guests over 16 years of age are allowed to enter the sauna area.
b. Children and adolescents under 16 years of age may use the zone only under the direct supervision of adults and with the consent of the staff.
c. Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic drugs are prohibited from entering the zone.
Hygiene Rules
a. Before entering the zone, use the shower with bath means and dry the body thoroughly.
b. It is recommended to avoid intense fragrances (perfumes, oils) so as not to interfere with the comfort of other users.
c. Use a towel, mat or scarves on the bench to avoid direct contact of the body with the surfaces of the sauna.
Dress and Behavior
a. Aqua Resort Saunas are a textile-free zone.
b. Silence or very quiet conversations apply. Screaming, loud conversations and noise are not allowed subject to sauna rituals.
c. Dry saunas, Finnish saunas and baths are completely prohibited from using swimwear — towels should be used.
d. The Aqua Resort Sauna can accommodate naked or incompletely clothed people.
e. Staying in the lounge, swimming pool and transport lines, the guest is obliged to wear a bathrobe or cover himself with a towel.
Equipment and Electronics
a. It is forbidden to bring and use mobile phones, cameras and other devices recording or reproducing sound and image.
b. Any recording devices are strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of guests.
III. Safety and Health
Health Recommendations
a. People with health problems such as heart disease, hypertension, skin conditions or pregnancy should consult a doctor before using the zone. b. Users should pay attention to their well-being and leave the sauna in case of any symptoms of discomfort.
c. The sauna should not be used by people with diseases: heart, hypertension, blood vessels, infectious skin, thyroid gland, claustrophobia, epilepsy, severe bronchopulmonary diseases; in addition, it is not recommended to use the sauna for women during menstruation and during pregnancy (especially in the first trimester).
d. Guests are responsible for assessing their own health before using the sauna, if in doubt, consult a doctor beforehand to avoid possible health complications.
Reporting Incidents
a. Any case of malaise, accident or disturbing event should be reported to the staff immediately.
b. In the event of an emergency, evacuation markings and service instructions should be followed.
Ban on bringing items
a. It is forbidden to bring sharp objects, glass, alcoholic beverages and other substances that may pose a danger to users.
b. It is forbidden to leave any objects (e.g. towels, bathrobes) in the immediate vicinity of the sauna stove.
c. It is forbidden to bring in and eat your own food.
d. It is forbidden to bring into saunas or steam rooms and use their own liquids, essences, oils, solutions, infusions and other substances (only authorized members of the staff can operate the Aqua Resort Sauna facilities).
e. It is forbidden to bring into the sauna/steam room any plastic objects, i.e. flip flops, bottles, glasses, etc. should be left before entering the sauna.
IV. Rules of Behavior in the Sauna
Recommendations
a. After each session in the sauna, the guest should cool the body, hydrate and rest. b. Enter the steam room naked, and each guest should wash the seat before and after the sauna bath. Pouring Stones Pouring stones can only be performed by staff/saunamistrza.
V. Responsibility
Personal Responsibility
a. Each user of Aqua Resort Sauna uses the zone at his own responsibility.
b. The property is not liable for injuries or other damages resulting from non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
Personal Items
a. The object is not responsible for valuables left in the changing rooms or in the zone
b. It is recommended to use lockable cabinets for personal belongings.
Service Obligations
a. The service has the right to ask persons who violate the regulations or behave inadequately, inappropriately, who may cause general embarrassment to other guests.
b. Service decisions are final and are intended to ensure safety
All users.
VI. Final Provisions
Sauna rituals
a. Sauna rituals can take place in Aqua Resort, their course, duration and subject matter are determined by the staff/saunamistrz.
b. Sauna screenings may only be performed by an authorised member of staff.
c. Sauna rituals can be accompanied by music and light of variable intensity.
d. Performing sauna rituals requires prior ventilation of the sauna, the saunamistrz can ask guests to leave the sauna, 10-15 minutes before the sauna ritual.
e. Each sauna ritual has a limited number of participants.
Complaints and Notes
a. Any complaints, comments and suggestions regarding the operation of the sauna area can be reported at the reception or staff of the Aqua Resort.
b. Any noticeable defects should be reported to the staff immediately, the rules of liability for all damages are regulated in the general regulations of the Aqua Resort, while ignorance of the regulations applicable on the premises does not absolve the guest from liability for any damage.
c. Any comment submitted will be considered as soon as possible.
d. Persons violating public order, good customs and rules of social coexistence, including posing a danger to other persons staying at the Aqua Resort Sauna, as well as, not complying with the provisions of these regulations and other regulations applicable on the premises or to the instructions of the staff - can be removed from the facility without the right to refund previously paid fees or other charges, with the obligation to pay of those.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
a. The property reserves the right to change the regulations.
b. Users will be informed about the changes by means of announcements in the zone or on the site's website.
§ 1
1. These regulations govern the rules of using the car park located at Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje.
2. Parking includes separate parking spaces located in the garage.
3. For check-in time, the property has 3 places not subject to the municipal parking fee, which are located in front of the main entrance to the Aqua Resort - up to 15 minutes of parking.
4. Parking is an unguarded parking lot.
5. Parking is intended for Aqua Resort guests who will pay the parking fee described in § 6 of these regulations (hereinafter the User).
6. Parking is intended only for passenger cars. Excluding LPG-powered vehicles.
§ 2
1. By entering the parking lot, the User concludes a parking space rental agreement on the conditions specified in these regulations.
2. The lease agreement for the parking space is concluded for the period of renting an apartment (room) in Aqua Resort or for a shorter period established at the reception.
3. Aqua Resort is excluded liability for any damage to vehicles located in the parking lot, as well as vehicle equipment and belongings left therein:
1) arising from the action of the elements, weather conditions, theft, burglary, robbery,
2) for damage to transport and parking caused by vehicles or persons using the parking lot, including other Users.
§ 3
By entering the parking lot, the vehicle user agrees to the terms and conditions of these regulations and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
§ 4
1. The User shall be liable for any damage caused by the vehicle or arising from the use of the parking space, in particular due to contamination of the parking area due to the leakage of liquids from the vehicle (e.g. oil).
2. The User shall be liable for conduct and damage caused by persons accompanying or driving the User's vehicle.
3. Parking of the vehicle is possible only on the parking spot indicated by the Aqua Resort reception staff or a place belonging to the owner of the premises. Otherwise, the vehicle may be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.
4. Vehicles carrying flammable, corrosive, explosive materials and other similar materials and substances capable of causing danger to persons and property shall be prohibited.
5. Trade in vehicles left in the parking lot shall be prohibited.
6. The vehicle left in the parking lot should be closed by the User, immobilized and have the engine turned off.
§ 5
On the territory of the parking lot it is forbidden to:
1) use of fire, including smoking cigarettes,
2) consumption of alcohol,
3) children under the age of 16 without parental care,
4) washing and vacuuming vehicles.
§ 6
1. The fees for renting a parking space are in the months of July-August: online 75 PLN (seventy-five zlotys) /on the spot 80 PLN (eighty zlotys), other online months 55 PLN (fifty-five zlotys) /on the spot 60 PLN (sixty zlotys) for each day of parking. The above prices are gross prices including the applicable VAT of 23%.
2. The parking day is equal to the hotel day — it starts at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day.
§ 7
2. Aqua Resort declares that if the complaint is not accepted, it does not intend to apply for the initiation of an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure and refuses to take part in such proceedings (Act of 23 September 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823.
