Terms of use from the voucher:

• The voucher can be used for your stay as part of the offer available on the Aqua Resort website.
• The voucher must be used within one stay for the amount issued.
• The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Voucher purchased as part of the Black Friday offer or other promotional offers is not combined with other discounts and promotions.
• For a stay as part of a voucher, the reservation is non-refundable; you cannot reschedule or cancel the reservation without cost.
• Please contact the reception in advance to make a reservation for the service.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates, winter holidays and holidays.
• Voucher for accommodation - the price includes bed and breakfast in a spacious, comfortable apartment; the room rate from the day of booking applies.
