Autumn by the Baltic Sea: a gentler pace in Międzyzdroje

Międzyzdroje after the summer season: room to explore, time for yourself

Once the summer bustle subsides, it is easier to appreciate what keeps people coming back to the coast: the wide beach, the changing light, the cliffs and the view from the pier. The Promenade of Stars, with its celebrity handprints, remains a must-see, but in autumn there is no need to treat sightseeing as a checklist. You can stop for coffee, sit for a while and only then decide where to go next.

Nature lovers can explore Wolin National Park, visit the European Bison Enclosure or head to Kawcza Góra and Gosań. When the weather makes an indoor outing more appealing, the Oceanarium, Wax Museum and Planetarium offer alternatives. It is worth checking each attraction’s autumn opening hours before setting off.

“Jesień na FULL”: a comfortable stay with full board

For those who would like a break from everyday planning, Aqua Resort has created the “Jesień na FULL” package, available from 30 August to 22 December. It includes breakfast with live cooking, a two-course lunch of soup and a main dish, and dinner with a seasonal menu.

You also enjoy unlimited access to the water park, sauna area and gym. Children can join activities seven days a week, for at least eight hours a day, while Wesołe Przedszkole offers supervised activities for children aged four and over. The package also includes five tokens for Game Port.

Adults can join sessions with a personal trainer on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., as well as aqua aerobics on Saturdays. For a little pampering, there is a PLN 100 spa voucher, redeemable against a treatment costing at least PLN 250. The package page also lists a 10% spa discount; please confirm how these two benefits can be used when booking your treatment.

An extra night by the sea? “Dłużej=Taniej”

Often, the best part of a holiday begins when you stop thinking about going home. That is why it is worth considering “Dłużej=Taniej”: book four nights and pay for three. The offer runs from 30 August to 22 December.

The package includes breakfast and dinner, two hours a day in the water park and sauna area, unlimited gym access and a 10% spa discount. Families can enjoy daily activities, three Kids Play rooms and two hours a day in the X-Games console gaming area. Wesołe Przedszkole provides supervised activities for children aged four and over for at least two hours a day.

It is a good choice if you plan to alternate water park fun with walks and sightseeing. Unlike “Jesień na FULL”, this package includes a set daily allowance for water park access — so choose the offer that best suits your plans. Children under three sharing their parents’ bed stay free, subject to the offer’s terms.

Water park and saunas: autumn afternoons whatever the weather

Aqua Resort’s water park features five slides. One of its most distinctive attractions is Podwodny Świat 360°, an underwater-themed experience with 3D projection. There are also a wild river, a whirlpool and water play areas for younger guests. Afterwards, you can head to the sauna area, which includes Finnish, salt, bio and infrared saunas, as well as a steam room. A snow grotto and sleep room complete the experience. It is a place to enjoy a quieter part of the day, without rushing or leaving the resort. Separately ticketed Pool Parties feature DJ music, water activities and sauna sessions. An additional charge applies in line with the current price list.

Important if you are planning a November stay: the water area will be closed for technical maintenance from 23 to 25 November 2026. The saunas, gym and spa will remain open. The outdoor pool operates seasonally, from June to September.

Autumn spa moments: find your way to unwind

A beach walk can be followed by a massage or beauty treatment. The current ritual menu features three options:

• Deep Relaxation & Mineral Renewal: a ritual combining foot acupressure with a massage of the back, head, neck and décolletage; 50 minutes, PLN 350.
• Sea Contour: a sculpting and drainage massage; 50 minutes, PLN 340.
• Jesienny Rytuał na Twarz — Autumn Facial Ritual: a skincare treatment for the post-summer season; 50 minutes, PLN 280.

For guests interested in technology-based treatments, Aqua Medica SPA offers options including microneedle radiofrequency, thermal lifting, ultrasound technologies, laser treatments, cryolipolysis and laser hair removal. A personalised programme is selected during a consultation, taking into account skin condition, expectations and contraindications. Treatments are carried out by staff with medical qualifications. A stay gives you time to explore the options, but not every treatment is suitable for everyone. The consultation also helps you plan pool and sauna use around your chosen procedure.

An active October and a break for seniors

The “Aktywne zakończenie lata” package is available until 30 October. It includes an apartment with a kitchenette, breakfast and dinner, unlimited access to the water park and gym, and a PLN 100 spa voucher for a treatment costing at least PLN 250. Tickets to Wolin National Park and the European Bison Enclosure are also included, once per stay for each person covered by the package. Families can enjoy organised activities, Kids Play, X-Games areas and a climbing tower.

“Active Senior”, meanwhile, combines three nights with breakfast and dinner and unlimited water park access. The programme includes fitness classes incorporating physiotherapy elements, breathing sessions, aqua aerobics and sauna or aromatherapy sessions according to the schedule. The offer also includes therapeutic mud packs and a 15-minute therapeutic massage, which must be booked at the Aqua SPA reception.

Halloween and St Andrew’s celebrations: weekends with a theme

Join us for a family Halloween break from 30 October to 1 November 2026. The programme includes pumpkin-decorating workshops, lantern making, Mini Disco and a fancy-dress party with a DJ. The best-decorated pumpkin competition offers the chance to win a stay voucher. The package includes breakfast, dinner, a themed snack buffet and unlimited water park access. Friday’s Pool Party carries an additional charge.

From 27 to 30 November 2026, our St Andrew’s celebrations take inspiration from “Alice in Wonderland”. A family party, fortune-telling with the Mad Hatter, workshops and competitions are interspersed with time to relax in the water park. Adults can enjoy a disco at the Nite Mare club, while children have a film marathon supervised by the activity team. The offer includes breakfast, dinner, unlimited gym access and a 10% discount at Aqua SPA.
