Fitness at Aqua Resort – New Passes

Physical activity does not have to mean long workouts or a rigid schedule. Sometimes, all it takes is an hour, the right class and a little consistency. At Aqua Resort, we believe in movement that can fit naturally into your daily routine – from aqua aerobics and yoga to Pilates and strength training, as well as energetic Zumba and Step sessions.

Our current schedule includes both more relaxing sessions and dynamic workouts that are perfect for starting the day actively or releasing tension after work.

Aqua Aerobics is a full-body workout performed in water, making it gentler on the joints. Yoga and Pilates help improve mobility, stability, breathing and body awareness. For those who prefer a more dynamic form of exercise, we offer Step and Zumba. The schedule also includes strength training.

We have not forgotten our youngest guests either. A new addition to the schedule is gymnastics for children aged 3–6, with activities adapted to their abilities and developmental needs.

Another new element of the weekly schedule is a morning breathing session. It offers a calm start to the day and a moment to slow down, focus consciously on your breathing and prepare your body for the activities ahead.

The VIP Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and includes fitness classes led by Alicja and Julia. This special offer is available for a limited time.

One of the advantages of Aqua Resort is the opportunity to combine different forms of activity during a single visit. You can start with a fitness class, continue with a workout in the gym and finish by relaxing in the saunas. This is particularly convenient for guests who already use the gym or saunas and would like to add instructor-led classes to their routine. Simple, convenient and comprehensive – without the need to plan several separate visits.
