On a daily basis, Terlik Team meets for sessions led by coach Grzegorz Terlikowski, focusing on sport and outdoor training. But Terlik Team is about more than just exercise. It’s a community of people who simply enjoy spending time together. Now, we’re bringing that atmosphere to the seaside.
Alicja and Grzegorz Terlikowski are the minds behind Terlik Camp and its organisation. Alicja is responsible for the event concept, organisation and communication, while Grzegorz, as the coach, takes charge of the sporting programme. Together, they have created a weekend designed to bring together what matters most to Terlik Team: movement, people and a whole lot of fun.
The first workout, “Still Easy”, is designed to give participants a false sense of security. Then comes “We Can Still Do This”, followed by “Just One More Set” and Sunday’s “We’re Still Alive”. Serious sport, but with a healthy dose of self-irony and a playful wink.
Mornings, meanwhile, will begin with “Selection” — a November walk along the Baltic Sea shore. Fortunately, there’s also time between the coach’s next big ideas for “Recovery” and “Refuelling”, otherwise known as shared breakfasts and dinners. Because even Terlik knows that everyone has to eat eventually.
Terlik Camp won’t be a weekend spent exclusively in workout gear. Aqua Resort offers the group something that was particularly important to the organisers: the chance to combine exercise, recovery and fun all in one place.
That’s why the programme includes time at the water park, swimming pools and saunas, a Friday Pool Party, and Saturday’s Terlik Team After Hours at Nitemare club. Add the sea, the beach, shared meals and the kind of quality time that’s always in short supply during a regular one-hour workout — and you begin to see what Terlik Camp is really all about.
Sport brought these people together. It helped them get to know one another, start meeting regularly and build the Terlik Team community, which now wants to do so much more together. Terlik Camp is the next step — and the beginning of a new concept for future active getaways.
For Aqua Resort, it’s also an example of what a group activity break by the sea can look like outside the peak season. Training, the beach, pools, saunas, shared meals and evening socialising don’t have to be separate ideas for a weekend. They can all come together in one programme tailored to a specific group. And there’s another thing waiting just outside the resort: one of the best “training grounds” imaginable — a beach on the Baltic Sea.
We kick things off on 6 November. After four workouts, two “Selection” walks, a Pool Party and Terlik Team After Hours, will participants still insist that this was a “November holiday”? We’ll ask them on Sunday. Preferably before the final workout. 😉
