Celebrate St Martin’s Day with Traditional Polish Goose Dishes at Tawerna in Międzyzdroje

To mark 11 November, we invite you to Tawerna at Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje to savour the flavours of a Polish culinary tradition: goose for St Martin’s Day.

Tawerna Aqua Resort offers more than carefully prepared dishes. Its welcoming atmosphere, cosy interiors and friendly service make it an ideal place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. With the Baltic Sea and its beautiful beaches just a short walk away, you can round off your visit with a relaxing seaside stroll.

Begin your culinary experience with an aromatic goose broth, served with Parmesan dumplings, sweet carrots and fresh lovage. Delicate yet rich in flavour, this comforting soup is an excellent choice on a chilly November day.

Next, discover a more refined combination of flavours: goose-filled pierogi served with truffle sauce. Tender, succulent goose wrapped in delicate dough, complemented by a creamy sauce with subtle earthy notes, creates a dish that brings together traditional Polish cuisine and a touch of sophistication.

For the main course, we recommend slices of goose breast served on velvety risotto with roasted beetroot, distinctive Gorgonzola cheese, crunchy walnuts and braised kale. The sweetness of the beetroot, the creaminess of the cheese and the nutty notes create a harmonious composition, perfectly complemented by tender, juicy goose.

• Reserve your table for 11 November and treat yourself to a memorable culinary experience. Our St Martin’s Day menu celebrates Polish tradition and a passion for good food, prepared with care for you and your loved ones.

Tawerna Aqua Resort looks forward to welcoming you for a special celebration of goose dishes and flavours worth returning for. Bring your family and friends and discover the taste of St Martin’s Day by the Baltic Sea
