Women’s Day at Aqua Resort Restaurants – a celebration of taste, style and feminine energy

The evening is based on a two-course menu (two options to choose from), where seasonality meets a modern interpretation of classic compositions.

• Option I

Roasted carrot cream soup with oranges and basil (300 g)

Velvety texture, natural sweetness of vegetables broken with citrus freshness and a subtle herbal note.

Beetroot risotto with roasted hazelnuts, parmesan and baked salmon (450 g)

The depth of beetroot color and flavor, creamy arborio rice, crunchy nuts and delicate baked fish create an elegant yet expressive composition.

• Option II

Beetroot risotto with roasted hazelnuts and grilled halloumi (450 g)

A vegetarian variant with full structure – the sweetness of beetroot, distinctive halloumi cheese and a nutty accent in perfect balance.

Mascarpone dessert with meringue and fruit

A light, creamy finale with crispy meringue texture and fresh fruit – a subtle ending to the evening.
